Is there any place or online training you recommend?

My last clients were friends, so showing alone wasn't a big deal.But especially in this day and age when most things are done online or over the phone until the actual showing - get information about the person you're seeing houses with.

One dude I know trades antique firearms online for a living while (currently) renting out in the middle of rural nowhere.

Or is there an online service that makes the process easier?  

Is it really any different than modify a lease or other document you get online or from an attorney?
