For me that's almost easier to wrap my head around than trying to salvage bits and pieces.I paid $9500 for the house (including wholesaler fees).Rehab costs are hovering around $65k.We are under contract at $127k.For those that are curious about running a project out of state, it definitely has it's challenges but I could never find those kinds of margins/returns in Denver right now so it was worth it.Much gratitude goes to @Lee Smith who brought me the deal and was my boots on the ground for the whole project, and to @Jay Hinrichs who trusted me to pull it off.
