Any tips on vetting the right lawyer or any connections would be a great help.

I understand that closing costs vary from property to property but I was wondering if anyone had tips to see how to get a rough estimate.

I am not looking for brokers , just investors thathave 1031’ed into a DST so I get get their perspective and how itwent for them , and any tips if I go that route
