the second property is worth around $68k bought that property on November of last year with a loan. those properties are occupied by tenants. do you guys know if I can cash out refi each property with that amount or can use both properties at the same time with a blanket mortgage?

I'm reducing the footprint and repricing.... finally a smart person. our floorplan for each unit we build is 668 sq ft and 2 beds for that exact same reason. people that Aren't in cheap markets don't understand. in columbus we face appraisal issues if we don't keep it as small as possible.

what I like about MLS is you can go through a normal buying process. .wholesalers want to hype their deals info is wildly incorrect.. they want up front NON refundable deposits and your not getting any of that back.. they just try to create a false sense of urgency.MLS you take your time make your offers you can offer less you protect your EM you have inspections you can re trade within your contract time lines etc etc..MUCH more buyer protection that way.. the market will dictate the final outcome.. not a wholesaler hype machine and no real due diligence.
