The layout is open, no walls. 

I'm not sure there is any magical postcard layouts/verbiage but if you look at the one I have them use, you might be able to see what I do feel is important to have on the postcard.

It’s sometimes folded, sometimes oddly shaped, larger than the standard or even in the typical landscape layout.

Switch the forum formats / software.This software is pretty confusing when you compare it to all the other forums out there running on vBulletin or PHPBB, etc.The categories are hard to find and get to, and it doesnt really lend well to keeping everything integrated.Would love it if you switched to the standard layout found at other forums so people arent as confused when they look at this site...We are all used to online message boards, and all the other ones we visit have a layout we are comfortable with.Being the only one that stands out isn't a good thing in this instance.

Not to mention presentation and talking to sellers.Having a layout for exactly how to handle seller objections could help as well.

We love mold, bad tenants, water damage, small or funky layouts, water in basements, you get the picture.
