Also Plumas Lake has some folks discounting houses.

Lake of the Pines, Grass Valley, Nevada City etc.

We have a vacation rental on a lake outside of San Antonio.  

All of them have appreciated nicely and I'm also wondering how I can go about getting more cash flow.I currently have 2 SFHs in Houston and Salt Lake City in great areas, but with cap rates at around 6%.

I live in Longwood and am interested in brokerages in the Longwood/Altamonte/Lake Mary/Apopka area but would expand for the right brokerage.
