Hello, fellow BP investors. My name is Wei and I live in Irvine, CA. I have been listening to BP podcast for a while but it is my first post on the forum. 

I became seriously interested in REI recently thanks to exposures from my investor friends and BP. I am primarily interested in buy-and-hold and currently waiting for my first rental property to close shortly. Meanwhile, I would like to explore opportunities in the Riverside County, particularly Temecular/Murrieta area, and looking forward to connecting with fellow BPers.
