New member in Northern California

Hello everyone,

My name is Steven. I am currently stationed at Beale AFB where I am looking to buy my first property. I plan on using a VA loan to buy a property and then turn it into my first rental when I leave. I may continue with this strategy until my enlistment is up, since using a VA loan requires the property to be your primary residence for 2 years, but buying one home a year is ideal for me. I am open to any advice or questions and look forward to meeting or even possibly working with some of you.

Thank you and that is pretty awesome to do a deal while deployed. I do plan on attending meetings in my area and networking is a primary goal of mine.
