The price was at least a $1000 dollars lower than other quotes we got.Quoted me:$1950 for everything that included:White Moon GraniteInstallation and Haul AwayA Free Single Sink and InstallationI'm planning on adding to the order:A Double Sink & Install +$350Plumbing +$250Granite Lip + $400Additional Total = $2950He also quoted me a subway tile backsplash for $2000, if I decide on that I'm going to try and talk him down.

Floating floor over a concrete slab should not be an issue so long as the vapor barrier is sufficient, installed properly, and the slab is not saturated at the time of installation.

I would get guys to get the HD windows, and I would pay them $20 per hour to get it done.If the above constraints are not going to work for you (and you need to get ris of the old windows), call 4 or 5 window installers let them know this is an investment, not your home, make sure you are asking them to supply the same type of windows (double pained, argon filled is usually fine), they will knock each other's price down.

Pros of high efficiency that I see:- 7 year interest free financing- more efficient (maybe I could market this in the listing)Cons of high efficiency that I see:- about $2k more to install- people seem to complain about their reliability - the lifespan seems to be half of traditional boilers- repairs in general are more expensiveIf I installed a traditional boiler, I wouldn't be able to get the interest free financing.
