Section 8 inspection
Hey BP, quick question about section 8 inspections. I have a rental property I purchased in New Orleans and I'm renting it out to a section 8 tenant. My inspection is next week and I have a garbage disposal that is installed but does not work. I also have a fridge with a ice machine but no water line to hook it up. Should I be concerned about failing this inspection or will my inspector not check these most likely?
