Hey Kenny, I've seen a few posts here on BP about this particular topic, and the majority seem to think it'll happen sooner than later, myself included.  

I regret not getting started sooner despite having the interest.

But there are so many of you out there who can give me the answer sooner and I am not always patient... so here is the scenario: We are looking at purchasing a building lot to build our personal, primary residence.

That Warren Buffet quote is awesome, I have big goals that Im going to achieve in a fairly short period of time so I get anxious when I don't see results right away, but I will stay persistent and keep marketing and putting myself out there, bound to pay off sooner or later.Thank you guys!

The sooner you define just one niche of real estate that seems to be a good fit for you and take action steps, the better.  

You would think rates would have to go higher sooner than later, but who knows.  

Sooner or later we will be going from close to close and never leaving the house!

I have a job I hate so I would like to be making money from real estate sooner than later.

The smaller operators that don't use attorneys for their deals usually get themselves into a lot of trouble sooner or later.

My goal is to become an investor in a year or so; and if I can do it sooner that would be great as well.
