New to BP

Hi Everyone! 

I am new to BP and super excited to have come across this gem in my real estate research. I am interested in becoming a residential investor and would say that I am in the preparation/learning phase. I currently work in the industry as a Director of Marketing for a company that provides rental income protection for landlords. My goal is to become a landlord myself within the next few years for long term passive income. I currently reside in Charlotte, NC and from my knowledge the market is great here.
