Hello, I'm from SoCal and looking to get started with my first REI. I live in the Murrieta/Temecula area and homes are overvalued and quite expensive to be a good investment. I know we can never predict this, but does any body have thoughts on when the next housing bust might happen. I've heard 2017 and others who said 2024. I fear pulling the trigger now if homes lose 20-40% in the next few years. Any thoughts?
