Does getting the list allow you to scoop these before they are public?

Also my brokerage has a full property management division.

I work a full-time job but would like to spend the next 5-10 years studying hard and learning more to put myself in a position where I can invest wisely (and be diversified, of course) in real estate.  

Being a realtor you have access to MLS and other sites that give more accurate information that the public doesn't have.

I would check into this, and make sure he has full title and able to provide a General Warranty Deed.2) He owes about $80k on the mortgage.

She is full time getting our business off the ground I help during my free time after work.

@Walter Purdy I am also new to BP and would love to get more information about attending your monthly networking events (if they are open to the public) please keep me posted on those.

Once I quit my full time job, I plan on doing this nearly full time.
