It is always helpful for us to get first hand feedback on other service providers in the area, especially when it comes from people who are paying close attention (rather than larger firms that are doing much more volume).

The buyers agent may not respond, may not provide feedback or may not even have feedback.

Specifically, we've received some feedback from lenders and agents that, in this market, sellers are moving FHA offers to the bottom of the stack given the assessment/inspection criteria that needs to be met in order for the deal to proceed.
