@Pete Budagher- listening to the podcasts is a great way to be exposed to different ways of investing in real estate, and can help you notice which strategy/niche you gravitate to.For example, after listening to many podcasts, reading a lot of books, I noticed that multi-family investing was my 'thing' and I now spend a lot of time on that (networking, learning, etc.).

I recently finished reading the book on "Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down" by Brandon Turner and it turned me into a believer; and its only one book of the seven I purchased!

The main takeaway I have gained after reflecting on last summer is that 1) chasing money alone will not work in this business, and 2) that it cannot be done alone, instantly just like that, just after reading a few books or taking an online course.
