I think I have the potential to bring a lot to the table, but I want to humble myself, listen and take direction on how to get the ball rolling and work smart.I'm interested in learning how to get moving with wholesaling, driving for deals, evaluating properties, and networking with people actively doing flips and rentals.  

I have also listened to every single BP podcast while I've been driving or exercising or sitting around.

I know these will be ball park estimates.

Those courses will teach you what you will learn while actively investing.I believe that working with investors that are doing consistent deals and investors that are just getting the ball rolling are the perfect people to learn from.

The best exercise is a personal balance sheet, which I recommend for everyone.

There is soooo much information available and not to mention being constantly bombarded with different types of strategies it is difficult to get the ball rolling. 

Others express passive interest and not really pay much attention to your interest unless you have thousands of bucks to spend... or dropping the ball if you look at distress properties, short sales, etc that require long time to close. 

Like I said, it is sort of the point of the exercise.

It's a very tedious and time consuming exercise if you want to get a legitimate list, but if you're budget is thin, its a way to get started 100% free.
