Fix the roof, stay here and sue the city to revoke the section 8 rentals license (the details are for another thread, but I think I could make a cogent case as many neighbors view the house as a nuisance and the police have told us they KNOW who they are…).

I think one detail I left out was I would be trying to pay more than the mortgage required at times (I work in sales, so if I ever got a large paycheck I might toss more of it at the mortgage).
