I’m guessing it’s a mix of that’s “too” much free advice, not that many people get sued (don’t hear any complaints about it on bp, and it’s most Likely very State specific since LLC are legal entities registers by State.Just get insurance and an umbrella policy.

Education needed a kick in the butt to straighten out some issues, and it's going to be a painful journey for a while ( years, likely) but in the long-run there can be major strides forward to mix the mandatory need for tech. education vs.

I heard on one of the podcasts about the option of using private money to pay the 20% down payment for traditional lending, and while my plan is slightly different, I was wondering if it would be possible to mix the two types of lending, in my case the traditional lending to purchase the property and the private money to fund the improvements.
