Note: My mom also just bought an income property and she is having a similar problem...only she actually let them move in and now they are refusing to sign the lease for the amount they agreed on...

If he agrees to a zero down seller finance purchase then it looks like a decent deal.

., I agree with John Kent on this for an Attorney, simply put,  the project your working on will consider more information than you would a Residential Home.

I have chosen my niche which will be students flats.At the time I am studying construction civil engineering and I want to buy my first house next year (3 years left of school) in the big well known city among tourists and students in one of the european country.

(Nasty divorce last year - husband didn't pay my bills while I was out of the country several months - although I sent him the money.
