Basic cosmetic rehab but want to make sure my estimates are right and find a good GC or just subs to do the work.

I used a VA loan for a duplex and house hacked it for a year did some minor cosmetic work and moved out and rented out the unit I was occupying so it can absolutely work.

We're wrapping that up in about a week and it was primarily a cosmetic job but moving forward we'll run into projects with heavier renovations that might require your help and I'd love to connect. 

The house is empty now and is having some cosmetic work done. so we can start over and do everything legitimate and in compliance with the law. 

The biggest obstacle was not even knowing how to change a door knob and rehabbing an entire house (admit most of it was cosmetic) while dealing with 6 weddings during those 2 months (including my 2 week honeymoon). 

Most likely my property will have more cosmetic issues.

Hi @shirl Shirol....Our firm has seen a lot of great duplex opportunities in 78758, although, you would need to put in a good amount of work cosmetically. 

We don't mind some cosmetic repairs but nothing serious.

You do not need to worry about any further "cosmetic items".
