It will require all parties affirm that there are no undisclosed payments to any parties involved.To go around this agreement is fraud and you are open to prosecution if the payment is discovered.

The title agent they assigned is an idiot and would not respond to my attorney's repeat request to examine the title and lien search work, then 1 day, yes 1 day before closing they said they had a title defect, some typo in the legal description discovered during a survey which I paid for, prevented them from selling.

Actually his 1,700 per month apartments are section 8 3bdrm aptsthey are in the hood not the hoodiest parts of the hood but still the hood Jamaica Queens nyc so his thing is commercial carpet as a flooring choicehe tiles the floor in the kitchen and bathroom himself.and he puts in the cheapest stuff he can as far as sinks counters cabinets.my area is georgia atlanta near moorehouse and Spellmana sketchy neighborhood but I am on a decent block within the sketchiness.like you said Lynn I am going to have to discover what works.I most likely will have to rent to section 8 or students and therefore my model should be low cost and durable.

And then I discovered an interesting paragraph on his website where he stated that he doesn't take app fees or do credit checks, just needs to know the prospective tenant's address history and current employment.
