I printed a copy of my credit report, tax information showing how much taxes they avoid by holding the mortgage instead of selling and paying taxes on it, an amortization schedule (a list showing monthly payments, interest and principal) to provide a clear understanding to the seller of how much they will make on interest and then I told the seller I would pay the Realtor fee of $5,000.
