Aside from the great statistical sites @Alex Olson mentioned, I would also hop on google maps street view and virtually drive the neighborhood.

And thank you for outlining a view point opposite everyone so that I sort of see both sides of the coin.

I don't see very many windows for a view property. 

In recent years though I have noticed this startling trend where my posts are getting less and less views - to the point where my most recent one has none!
