I'd really appreciate feedback with regard to whether I should move forward with investing in real estate, or to let the desire go for the time being: I'm 34-years old, married, have 2-children under the age of two, own a home, and have a stable and good paying job.

I'm in a position where I can using leverage over and over to buy more properties.There would be cash flow in my area because the properties are not expensive however they do not appreciate much and the cities around me are dying and not growing.What would be the risks of using leverage to buy an extensive portfolio?

I would appreciate any insight, advice or tips anyone may have.

.- Both boilers installed new 2017- Both electric panels upgraded 2015  - Shared Backyard access for bottom 2 units- No Parking, No Central Air- House built before 1900- Roof about 20Yrs old- Assume Fed cuts rate at least .25 point later this year Any thoughts would be appreciated.
