So I am from Ohio but have I have lived in Las Vegas for three years now, traveling back-and-forth from both.I recently started to 90 a challenge from BiggerPockets and I’ve been looking for a property that my only concern is where I currently live I don’t think it’s a good area for a first time invested being its properties are expensive but Ohio is the opposite of that cheap room more affordable multi family homes.Which should state should I start out with Las Vegas has raiders coming which has raised so much value to the city area and I want to capitalize off the team arrival.

Question:  I recently quit my job and am thinking to take some time off, a year or so, to recharge and travel. 

It’s also close to a hospital where I could get STR from traveling nurses.Thanks for your feedback,-Ryan

I’m in Woonsocket but I’m ok with traveling anywhere in RI.

We are both looking to leave the rat race which will allow us more time to travel and spend time with friends and family.

The times that I have seen people successfully implement AirBnB part-time with their residence is when they do long-term travel.

You are wasting your time travelling to units anyway.

My plumber in the Triangle doesn't want to travel to Greensboro for smaller fix-its, and I have two smaller repair jobs.
