I was looking to meet and talk with other real estate investors in Terre Haute and surrounding areas in Central Indiana.  

For instance we tiled a shower that had no decent surround and replace a floor that had missing tiles.

Just by surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals and having great conversations, you can avoid pitfalls you may not have known about otherwise. 

May be best to stay in Louisville & surrounding area to begin with..........Do you manage your own properties?

Likely in Frankfort, but looking all around Lexington and the surrounding areas.

The Orlando and surrounding areas are a great market to invest due to many of the reasons you list. 300k people per year are moving here, there are more tenants than there are available rentals, and finding qualified tenants for nicely rehabbed properties is a quick process. 

I’m listing 3 duplexes now that are surrounded by nice single family homes but they are all on one parcel.  

What objections or support can you expect from the surrounding community.
