Help building a network

I'm new to the BP community & investing somewhat. Real Estate investing has been on my mind for years as I'm an old timer, lol. Starting back in the late 90's with Carleton Sheets, buying some properties, taking the real estate exam classes but choosing not to get my RE license for fear disclosing I'm an agent would be detrimental to my deals.  Unfortunately, mistakes & family pressures led me into the rat race, quoting Mr. Kiyosaki, & forcing the sale of my properties.

Currently I own a 4 plex but have a full time job consuming too much of my time.  My desire is to kick things into high gear, start buying & have my passive income replace my W2 earnings.  I like the advantages of multifamily but am always open to new investing strategies.   I'm trying to get active in this community to build my network needed locally & online to help me streamline any deals I may come across.  I love the possibility of using bonus depreciation to potentially offset my purchase prices so I want to maximize this before it's gone:)

Thank you for reading & appreciate any feedback, suggestions or criticism,

Dan Wentworth
