Next year, siding needed replacement on both sides of the house ($2700), This year- fence needs to be removed and replaced ($2100)  (literally falling down from the earth shifting from drainage of subdivision behind us.

If the drywaller routes around these ears the switch/outlet will have to be pulled flush against the box, which may or may not be flush with the surface of the drywall.
