@Mohamed Nagoor , It's up to you how you want to keep a record for the flips. ( excel vs Quick books vs other software) You are going to have two kinds of expenses: 1) operational expenses - can be deducted this year as a business expense under Schedule C, if you have SMLLC2) the expenses that are directly or indirectly related to the flip property.

I worked a full time job as Chief Software Engineer making 160K, sold a house,  bought two more houses, and had four units tenants turnover ALL while I was in grad school full time.

We have been using Trello forever, but are looking in to Process Street software because of their awesome checklist technology.

We just signed up for myreipro.com and it seams very user friendly ( we tried other sites , which were difficult to navigate) A couple of questions...Do we need to purchase other 3rd party software to co - mingle with myreipro?

The 4th was our software company (Appfolio). 

(anything over 65% is considered "high" here).In addition, I know of some short term rental management software that will actually centralize your bookings... so if someone books your rental with airbnb, it will block the calender dates on the other prominent websites. it's a useful tool when juggling many booking sites, but keeps exposure high.
