Hello: My name is Alex and I am a NEWBIE! My partner and I live in Rhode Island, and are interested in the RI, CT, MA markets for Wholesaling. With that being said we do not mind buy and hold or fix and flip. We need some advise please! We just signed up for myreipro.com and it seams very user friendly ( we tried other sites , which were difficult to navigate) A couple of questions...

Do we need to purchase other 3rd party software to co - mingle with myreipro? And does any one have any recommendations? For example, skip tracing?

Any advise/ Help would be so greatly appreciated!

@Alex Bulbulian I don't have direct experience with the myreipro system, but in case you get no other responses I thought I'd chime in.

My basic thought is, you've bought into a System, which means you should probably ask the folks who support that system (you're probably paying for some kind of support), and/or other users of the software - perhaps there are user forums where customers help each other.

I don't know of other folks in RI using that system but it doesn't mean it won't work here, it probably will because 90% of what we do is just 1) buying and selling houses and 2) dealing with people, which is more or less the same all over.

It does look like myreipro has come up on BiggerPockets before once or twice, have you checked the existing threads?

Again I don't know the system specifically but I do know that a lot of your success in real estate investing will come from your network of people (e.g., cash buyers, attorneys and accountants, private lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc.), so in addition to the system I'd also encourage you to "get out there" and network, such as attending local groups like Black Diamond REI in southern Mass and RIREIG in RI.
