Hi all, I own rental property in Colorado Springs, CO, but currently reside in Houston, TX.

By the time I'm done with both I would be in a position to purchase another and start earning some cash flow.The CAP Rate for this house with BOTH units rents figured in is less then 10% (not good) but the market in this area is sky rocketing.

Good afternoon,I been wholesaling in Houston for some time and been involved in enough deals were I've started to want to expand my portfolio and be able to make some profits on flips as well.  

they just put up two high-yielding Class B multifamily deals this week - one in Houston and one in Groton, CT. quality sponsors, and the Houston one will return capital in 3 years. i'll probably invest in both - anyone have any thoughts?

I do my best to keep an eye on them as much as possible.Also, I still do some hands on, when we had our Houston freeze all the plumbers jacked up their prices and were very busy, so I had to do some plumbing (pic attached) I had to replace all the PVC in the pic.
