I think putting a bullet train connecting Chicago to Milwaukee could have been a game changer, along with building that Casino in Kenosha which would have paid for the Bucks new Arena in Milwaukee... but that didn't happen :( But yeah, my post was more of a focus on Racine being a solid spot for companies to grow and manufacture.  

In the long run the house (insurance companies and casinos) always win.

Being local is a bonus, but only if that accountant has real estate expertise.

I bought that bare land in 95 for 27k and sold in Jan for 1.9million to a developer.. its across the street from the Graton Casino.. it was unbuildable when I bought it that's why it was so cheap but Path of progress caught up to us..

In general they will give you incentives to "invest" early by setting bonus schedules.

Bonus expectation: 👉Have extra capital on hand, you will most likely need it.

The Airport is planing to add 60,000 jobs, Lots of jobs being created in the medical field, In Clarkston they are building a $400+million dollar medical campus right now, New casinos in Detroit, Lots of new commercial building.
