best condo market? Least restrictive. Looking for guidance please

budget is 200k... I know most people on here suggest going SFH OR MFH but not condo due to restrictive HOA policies among other reasons. just curious if there are any cities where investors seem to be doing well on condos? Bonus points if you can suggest some specific buildings
