When you need to file Chapter 7,11,13 let me know I can GIVE you the paperwork you need to fill out....its all blank forms all you do is....oh you know how to fill in the blanks nevermind.

You may be able to file a claim with the state licensing board against your agent for not requesting the extension, although you have to be able to prove you asked for it.

I always have a security deed written up and filed as well as a note with the investor.  

Since Texas is a non-judicial foreclosure state, we can't even find out a property is in default, until the auction notice is filed.  

So I have  tried to work with this tenant for several months and finally decided that I would issue the 15 days notice to tenant, this was done by a company who does evictions and all processes done appropriately;. notice was served, tenant had 15 days to vacate, on June 1st tenant would be considered a holdover and a writ of possession would be filed.

Bottom line, unless you're buying a mansion, I would say throw that inspection in a file for storage. 

They told him that he could file a complaint and seek reimbursement from the city for damage to his property but then he would face fines for this and that along with possible prosecution to the point where he was basically bullied into eating the cost himself.
