I've been studying countless YouTube videos for months.

I'm done some study of Dodd Frank if you'd like to compare notes.  

There have been some bumps in the road, but it's been ok so far.Getting started with 0 money is nearly impossible.But there are a few options, one you could study for your real estate license and get that with little to no money.

When I think of going from no investments to buying in another town it really feels overwhelming.Anyway, I really appreciate all of the info and I am studying like crazy to get up to speed.ThanksJohn 

I am currently studying Accounting and business at Schenectady County Community College and UAlbany, while working for Stewart's corporation. 

Study the rent prices in your area via craigslist, Zillow etc.

@Yasmine Bisumber I moved to Atlanta from California after studying the market for 2 solid years and have been successfully closing deals of every type.  

If you have wholesaler connections to the Lawrence market I would love get in touch with them.I should have been more specific, namely that I've heard from two different agents that it's overbuilt, but I haven't studied the market closely enough to make a determination myself.
