My only shock is the Hawaiian Electric cost.Btw any of you guys invested in multiple island?

Oahu will be culture shock for my family -- that's why my long term goal involves the big island....

I was shocked because I never received a 30 day written Notice to Vacate. 

I have been shocked at the unprofessional attitude and general disorganization within this relatively large and well known company.

I'm still shocked that this website exists.

Maybe we'll have some sanity shocked into us then.In my mind, the worst that can happen is that I'll lose a couple thousand per year in property taxes for 15-20 years (I'm hoping they won't dare to raise them unless the population starts growing).

Problem was that a third lien on the property had changed hands - the law firm doing the foreclosure neglected to notify the current third lein holder - so after the party winning the bid paid the money they got a rude shock.

I'm actually shocked at the amount of disinformation that is out there.

I'd be shocked if you could save money over the life of the loan by pulling the full amount out and parking it somewhere at a 2% deficit.
