Only thing is, I don't believe this is entirely the contractor's fault because by his own admission my project manager said he didn't do a great job of putting the draw schedule together.

My guess is, it only means it goes on the list for properties scheduled to be sold at the auction and you can pay off the taxes any time before then.

I did have to go there to check on the work and make sure everyone was on schedule, since there was a tight timeline between one and the next, etc. but it was well worth it in savings.
