Need $20,000 for down payment, how to ask?
Hello BP,
Thinking of ways to ask my parents for $20,000, help with down payment on house to avoid pmi. What's a good way? Example Provide some numbers with interest over a few years etc

Just ask, offer interest. Explain to them what PMI is (assuming they don't know) and how much money you would be saving if you did not have to pay it.
