If so and you are part of a large number of leases they reviewed that lack these documents I would contact the office directly and politely question the request in your situation.

In fact, the seller (who I haven't even met face to face yet), didn't even balk at my % requested, because she saw my value of bringing them together.

Brokers would generally not look at requests from buyers anyways until seeing financials and qualifying them.
