Refusing to allow a lender to be used without justification, I should have said it that way.No, not all licensees are Realtors and they would not have those ethics issues, except as to public opinion where they may want to operate within those parameters, but no one holds their feet to the fire.....but then again, the Board may have an issue with one in the MLS system, I don't know there.The best thing for our OP is to learn how to pre-qualify buyers and do it himself, but sometimes that may be hard for a seller, I did it, doesn't mean everyone can gain that confidence.

@Sharon Vornholt the data required in the the pub notices are typically statutory and will vary from state to state and occasionally intra-state as local rules of court preside.Not all probates require legal publication, of course, at least in CA.
