@Nwachukwu Onyeaso awesome it sounds like you are beyond the daydreaming phase and taking good actions which is a lot more than most people I'd be really interested to follow your progress and help where I can.

I wish I could just blame my wife for the snags, but I too am inhibiting my progress. 

How are you going to monitor progress from (presumably) far away?

So our lives work much better when she manages our money -- "broke" versus "making steady progress."

@Dave Adell Here in Illinois, condo violations typically needs to be punished with progressive discipline.
