Patience and smart negotiating tactics.

Particularly on the Maryland side of the border, the state of Maryland no longer allows agents to be involved in the negotiation process with the bank....this has dramatically increased the degree of difficulty in getting a short sale through.

There isn't any good RE club in the country i wanted to invest and by asking my negotiators, hardly any of them know any professional.

Good deals often are not found they are negotiated.

I am looking for someone to shadow to learn how to wright up contracts and negotiate with sellers/buyers.
