Get a coach or mentor, who will help you understand what we do.

Im looking for someone that would be willing to mentor/shadow them at the courthouse steps process.  

I have an awesome mentor and I am just ready and willing to learn all aspects of this new and exciting world.  

The down side, is that we have members who really don't participate in giving advice or good information (most can't anyway) and use BP to draw in others to their guru type stuff, program, book, strategy they mentor, whatever.

ok mentors & guru's here is my question to EVERYONE i just aquired 5 brand new homes in summerville SC (cane bay plantation) from lennar . 1 will be my home & the 4 others will be for investment. all 5 are sfh 4br 3.5 ba. the prices are a avg of $203,0000.00 i am puting down 25% on all of them my credit is good & income also. my question is once i settle in after lets say 3-6 months how can i aquire more homes?

Most of my senior colleagues were open with sharing information with the new American expat and I enjoyed the mentor-ship often helping them with the knowledge that I had as well.

I have know Charles or many years and mentored with him prior to his starting the Academy. 

- Monopole vs. wooden structure- Stacked vs. single panel- Junior vs. larger size- Should I look to do a land lease or build / market myself- Typical cost of building and ballpark rentsAs you can tell I have no clue if this is even a viable option at this point, but given the location I really want to explore what the ROI would be.

I looked at one in Pontiac and met our mentor there, who has invested there for over 40 years, and after I was ready to call and purchase, he advised me, that according to the city you are not to replace the windows (obviously depends who is looking and inspecting the properties), you are supposed to repaint, and keep the originals.

So, you are going to be his mentor?
