Currently I reside in NY but will be locating to Oregon within the next 12 months. 

The more important thing is location location location.

hello Bridgeport have high taxes and the majority of the location are high crime hence low quality tenant.

If you’re looking to rents to service members, be sure to get the information for whatever squadron they are assigned to. yea my career field never gets the cool locations ahaha i have yet to meet someone from Maxwell for my career field but i can definitely ask around. what other factors in your opinion makes this market great?
