I'm new to the community and I'm a newbie real estate investor. currently in the army and served for 9 years. i bought a house last year and didn't think anything of it till i started listening to the bigger pockets podcast. i definitely feel like i didn't get a good deal now i look things over but this just makes me want to start investing even more the right way with the right community in my corner. im located in Fayetteville NC and if anyone wanst to connect.

Till this time I used to listen to bigger pockets podcast and watch YouTube videos.I am really excited and looking forward to buying my first home/ multi-family (2-4 units) in WA preferably in Snohomish County and Pierce County.We are really willing to move fast and buy property in 3-4 months timeframe if we come across something that is really good.
