Hey Bigger pockets Fam.
I'm new to the community and I'm a newbie real estate investor.
currently in the army and served for 9 years. i bought a house last year and didn't think anything of it till i started listening to the bigger pockets podcast. i definitely feel like i didn't get a good deal now i look things over but this just makes me want to start investing even more the right way with the right community in my corner.
im located in Fayetteville NC and if anyone wanst to connect.
Im currently looking to house hack and get a multi unit. Ill be using my VA loan for this one too. I have about a year left in the army so time is precious. if anyone has any advice or anything please reach out.
