You are blowing up my keyword alerts everyday

I'd start by setting up note investing Keyword Alerts here and reading forum threads.

Having Baltimore as a keyword alert, I see people, daily, asking where the best place to invest in the city is. 

(I use "Opportunity Zones" in my key words looking for discussions in BP.) 

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.

MAY is the keyword there.I’ve worked in CRE but am new to this angle of real estate investing.

. ;-) Most people have made use of Keyword alerts so if you create a post looking for property managers or realtors in your market, they will be notified and people will likely respond with referrals.  

Read any book you can find on amazon on the topic, listen to podcasts when you have dead time, like in the car, and use keyword alarms on BP.
