Opportunity Zones, Thank you BP

On Friday I went to a workshop on Opportunity Zones in South Lake Tahoe, California. Thanks to BiggerPockets I felt like I knew 90% of what was being presented. (I use "Opportunity Zones" in my key words looking for discussions in BP.)  I did get to make some contacts with people at the workshop such as area real estate agents, and the one contractor that was there.

What I didn't know:

1. According to the speaker, there will be no added Opportunity Zones added in the future, except that there is a possibility that federal disaster zones may be added to the opportunity zones.

2. The speaker touted an organization called  Novogradac as a good source of information about Opportunity Zones.
