I have interviewed a few.Has anyone worked with Dan Baldini and Polaris to manage their properties?

It took me 12 applications, 1 interview, and a waiting list to finally make.

It's a good way to start, just make sure you verify everything and really vet the operator via references and interviewing to ensure you are working with a quality company. 

When we interview prospective tenants we spell it out for them right then. 

I interviewed a management company and they initially told me 4% (in addition to paying for the site manager and maintenance salary).
